We will organize each task in Asana or your favorite project management tool.
We can connect our Slacks accounts to have quick feedback loops.
You will participate in the process, and we will ensure to have your feedback and that we will be aligned.
Time-based, we use Clockify to track our time. Each week, we will provide you with an update on the number of hours we have worked on each task. You can also view real-time updates.
At the end of the month, we provide a report on the working hours, and the invoice.
We will schedule occasional 1-hour free feedback sessions to consistently improve our collaboration.

As an existing Tukuna client, you will be considered a frequent client starting from the third project onward. During this period, we will calculate the project cost at a reduced hourly rate, and you will have access to all our associated benefits.
No, there is no minimum requirement for hours per month. You can engage with us for as little as 1 hour per month or up to 60 hours, depending on your specific needs.
You have the flexibility to cancel the collaboration with us at any time. Should you choose to return later, you will retain your special hourly rate as a frequent client. We prioritize flexibility and do not impose long-term contractual commitments.
If you require data protection, we are open to signing a confidentiality agreement or Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the security and privacy of your information.
