Purpose
The purpose of the Tukuna Studio Referral Program is to reward current customers and clients who refer new business to Tukuna Studio. By referring a new customer to Tukuna Studio, you will receive a referral fee for the work done for the first 6 months.
Eligibility
Anyone can participate in the Program and refer customers to Tukuna Studio.
Referral Process
When you refer a new customer to Tukuna Studio, you must provide the new customer's contact information to Tukuna Studio. Tukuna Studio will then contact the new customer and provide them with a quote for their project. Once the new customer has agreed to work with Tukuna Studio, Tukuna Studio will keep track of the work performed and the referral fee owed to you.
Payment of Referral Fees
Tukuna Studio will pay referral fees for the work performed for the first 6 months of the new customer's engagement. Tukuna Studio will ask for an invoice at the end of each month and will pay the referral fee within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. Tukuna Studio will pay referral fees through various means including TransferWise, Western Union, Bitcoin, and others. If you have a preferred method of payment, please let us know and Tukuna Studio will do its best to accommodate your request.
Restrictions
Once Tukuna Studio has a direct contact with the new customer, you may not be involved in the projects. Tukuna Studio will provide updates on the status of the project to the referrer at the end of each month. If the new customer is already a customer of Tukuna Studio, the referral fee will not be paid.
Modification of TermsTukuna Studio reserves the right to modify the terms of the Program at any time. Tukuna Studio will provide notice of any changes to the Program by updating this policy.
Disclaimer
The Program is void where prohibited by law. Tukuna Studio makes no guarantees or warranties of any kind with respect to the Program and is not responsible for any taxes that may be owed as a result of the referral fee.
